Great game, great names (04/Oct/05) Thanks go to Ron Gilbert, creator of the legendary Monkey Island, who just said that Ankh "looks like a very cool game" and that he "can't wait to play it"! Also, despite being offered a free copy, he promised to buy another copy as soon as Ankh hits the stores, to support us! Isn't this nice?
More animations (01/Sep/05) To add the finishing touches to the character animations in the final phase, Deck13 got supported by one of the best German character animators.

Diary: Older News
- 17/Aug/05 The team had lots of fun at this year's Games Convention in Leipzig, being busy with drinking the publisher's cold drinks and giving press interviews.
- 15/Jun/05 The former LucasArts employees who have founded Telltale Games, and are currently working on their game Bone, agreed to take a consulting role in the development process of Ankh. Thank you, guys!

Cairo... the ancient city of thousand shapes, colors and smells. And of Pharaohs, crocodiles and assassins. It won't be easy for Assil to get an audience at the palace to get rid of his death curse. Even worse, the number of his foes is growing faster than his curse takes posession of him. And that's already quite fast. Only a keen mind can save Assil from certain death: You! |

Coming soon: More artwork from the game! |

During his quest, Assil meets a whole bunch of weird people, from happy slaves to frightened crocodiles and finally Osiris himself, the god of the underworld.
Get ready for a wild adventure in ancient Egypt which will make the adventures games of the recent years look like a "Teletubbies" episode! |
Quote: "I'd like to lie down in Schmuel's tent." (What tent? And who's Schmuel? You'll get a hint what Maxime van der Kloet is talking about when looking at our featured screenshot.)
